2/27 MP Photoshoot (read event details for arrival/pickup times)

Please respect all involved: Prompt arrival/pick-up is imperative to make this event run smoothly. Make every effort to attend as THERE WILL BE NO MAKE-UPS!

Families are responsible for getting their company members to/from the photoshoot on time and company members may only stay for their allotted call time (see below). Carpooling is encouraged. (Hint: Coordinate with others in your casting groups.) We will coordinate with NKS accordingly.

  • Company members with call times before 2pm should go to the Lunchroom immediately after school. Adult supervision and activities will be provided until their pick-up time. Parents/guardians are responsible for picking them up per the schedule below. Please send a nut-free snack with them to school in the morning.

  • Company members with call times after 2pm must go home immediately after school using their typical mode of transportation. Parents/guardians are responsible for bringing them back on time. All entrances/exits must be through the west doors only.

All company members will receive a costume to change into, then take them home. After the photoshoot, the costumes are your responsibility. Please do not play with them. Each one is unique and there are no replacements.

This will be a closed photoshoot; No one will be allowed into the photo sessions except for those being photographed at their scheduled call times and the scheduled volunteers. Parents/guardians may wait in the foyer inside the west doors. Please do not distract the goings on by watching through the glass. Even well intentioned lookers on cause disruptions and delays in the schedule.

Parents/guardians are to drop-off/pick-up their company member(s) at the west door to the school only. Please do not go to the Playground/Lunchroom doors as it will distract from the photoshoot.
