All adult volunteers must comply with SPS/LHPTA background check procedures, including submitting a TAG Volunteer Application, LHPTA Volunteer Application, & provide a valid photo ID to one of the TAG Chairs or the Producer at the first TAG event you attend each school year.

I have completed all SPS background check procedures during the school year for which my volunteering serves.

I commit to completing the SPS background check procedures prior to volunteering at any TAG events.
