2027 Loyal Heights Elementary Spring Musical
The new musical, Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,
is coming to Loyal Heights Elementary!
Registration dates and details are TBD.
Rehearsals start November 30 and end with two performances on April 3. The TAG Community Day will happen one Saturday in February or March, where families come together to paint and build sets and get a sneak peek at the show. Reach out to tag@loyalheightspta.org with questions.
Cast Auditions
For grades 3-5:
- recite a short dialogue, provided ahead of time
- learn simple choreography
- sing a portion of a song they know
Audition: Monday November 16, 2:25-4:00, LHE Gym
Rehearsals: Monday 2:25-4:45 and Wednesday 1:10-3:30.
RATs
The RATs run the show! From designing sets to building costumes and running the light board, they do it all.
For grades 3-5, up to 10 RATs can register on a first come first served basis, no prior experience or audition required.
RATs meet on Wednesdays 1:10-3:30.
K-2 Chorus
Our littlest stars shine bright in the musical! Registration is first come first served. No audition is required, though participation in the fall TAG program or previous theater experience will help them get used to being in this theater ensemble full of singing and dancing!
