Some volunteers assist TAG kids, helping out when they get in and out of classes and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Some tasks:

Arrive to school 10 minutes prior to the release time
Receive the the kids from their teachers
Help them with their snacks
Take attendance and hand them their name tags.
Pass the attendance to the Attendance spreadsheet
Check that everyone who is supposed to attend is there (not obvious, sometimes kids forget and can go to the bus... or bathroom...)
Take them to the classroom with the TAG teacher
Take a picture of the classroom (so we can leave them exactly how we find it!)
Help the teacher to organize the classroom.
Support teachers with their needs they may have to execute the class in a proper manner, making sure kids not take classrooms stuff
Call absents’ kids parents if they did not informed previously about their absence
Return to the cafeteria and swipe the floor for scrambles after the kids' snack
Make sure that the classroom is neat before leaving
Hand each kid their respective grown up/NKS
Write and send a blurb telling what the class was about (tag@loyalheightspta.org)
Notify any news and contact TAG TEAM in case of emergency
